Member Registration:
A $35 Member Registration Fee will be charged the day you enroll. Families that have multiple athletes enrolled in the program will pay only one $55 membership fee. Military personnel (I.D. required) will receive a $10 discount on their membership fee. No portion of this fee will be refunded upon withdrawal from classes.
Tuition:
Tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be added to your account after the 8th if full payment is not received. We also have Automatic Billing available to help eliminate late fees. As long as your child’s account remains in good standing, we will maintain his or her space in their class. You will not receive a bill or monthly statement from our office unless your account balance is past due. If you wish to stop attending classes for any reason, you must see the office in order to fill out the student withdraw form. You will continue to be enrolled in class and therefore charged for classes until the effective withdraw date on the student withdraw form. Enrollment may be cancelled at any time, although there will be NO refunds for cancelling part way through the month (make-up classes will be offered instead).
Tuition is the same every month. While some months have more than 4 weeks in them, you will not be charged a higher rate for these months. Accordingly, months that are shorter due to holidays or other closures, will not be prorated or discounted.
Past Due Balance:
SAGA requires a credit card to be placed on file. In the case that we have not received notice of withdraw and/or your account has a past due balance of more than 30 days, your card will be processed for the amount remaining to place the account in good standing.
Returned Checks:
A $25 processing fee will be assessed to your account in the event your check is returned.
Sibling Discount:
Families that have more than one child enrolled in the program will receive a 10% tuition discount on the second child, and each additional child. Discount applies to the lowest tuition rate(s).
Make-up classes:
We will allow your child to make-up one missed class each month. Make-ups must be scheduled with the front office no more than two weeks in advance. Please check-in and receive a make-up pass from the front desk. In the event that you need to cancel your makeup class, please do so 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the makeup class time you will not be able to reschedule that makeup. We encourage you to keep your child home in the event that they are sick. This will help them recover faster and keep the other students and staff from also getting sick.
Special Event Registration:
In order to be eligible for the special event discount on Open Gyms or Kid’s Night Out, you must sign up for AND pay for the event no later than 24 hours in advance.
Photo Release:
From time to time, the school takes pictures for promotional and training use. By initialing, the parent grants a release to the school to use any picture in which they appear for any legal or promotional purpose, without any compensation due to the student.
Dress Code:
Chin length hair or longer must be tied back away from face.
Children can wear a leotard, or shorts without zippers, pockets, belt loops, buckles or buttons (no jeans) & a T-shirt that is roomy, yet not too large (t-shirts can get wrapped around equipment.)
Coaching of Your Child:
We insist that you DO NOT coach or talk to your child during class time (it is a distraction to both the class and the instructor) from the Lobby or the Mezzanine area, these areas are strictly for viewing purposes.
